We Weld Using MIG/MAG, TIG/WIG, and Laser Technologies

We specialize in welding metal materials and various components using advanced techniques:

  • Method 135 (MIG/MAG): Welding in a protective atmosphere of active or inert gas.
  • Method 141 (TIG/WIG): Tungsten electrode welding in a protective atmosphere of inert gas.
  • Laser Welding (Method 52): High-precision welding using laser technology.

We keep up with market innovations and integrate modern machines into our processes. To enhance automation, we use a collaborative welding robot, which increases repeatability and reduces costs.

Our expertise is a priority—our welders meet the standards of ČSN EN ISO 9606-1, 2.

We Follow Standardized WPQR and WPS Welding Procedures

We weld metal materials and components based on:

  • WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record): Documentation of welding procedure tests.
  • WPS (Welding Procedure Specification): Detailed welding procedure specifications.

Our welders follow these procedures in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 15614-1, with compliance overseen by welding supervision as per ČSN EN ISO 14731.
