KOVO - NEREZ, s.r.o. is concerned with bending of tubes and profiles, manufacturing of door handles, door hinges, cable bushings and especially bent and welded parts for rail vehicles.

The company was established in 2005 as a successor to KOVOKLIMA with all its obligations.

The production of door handles was started in 1995 as an additional production branch and after modernization of the bending technology, the production of bent parts expanded.

In 2003 we launched the production of adjustable door hinges and cable bushings.

The ever-growing production of bent products led to the acquisition of a new CNC tube bender at the beginning of 2004. Currently the company operates three CNC tube benders including a coordinate measuring machine to measure bent parts to maintain a high quality standard. In addition to its traditional products, we offer mainly bending of parts especially from noble materials and their measurement.

The company is technologically focused on piece and small-series production of bent parts according to the customer's request.
